I know it sounds crazy, but could someone make a EXACT STEP BY STEP tutorial of Marzipan on how to convert Models. I get the strange feeling i keep doing something wrong. |

For a non-animated model.
1. Click file > open model.
2. Click edit > Rotate on x > 90 degrees
3. Use arrow keys and page up/page down keys to position the model so that it faces forward and its bottom is on the origin of the grid (the middle)
4.Click settings > change texture. Then select the model's texture.
5. If it looks funny click settings > flip UV map vertically.
6. Click tools >toggle show normals
7. If the blue lines are stcking out of the model, then click on tools >fix normals.
8. If you are happy with the model, click '1'.
9. Click file > Save animation as...

BTW Onesin said that he had similar problem before he registered. What version of SW are you using? |

Strange, try the free version just to see if the models work then. You are using SW version 1.1, not 1.0, right? |
