I am also using Windows7, so that shouldn't be the problem.

What is strange the popup window layout is very poor, I mean that simple blue window header is from the 80s...

Are you using Aero or something else?

I switched to Classic Mode, and for a second I got the same view!
But then it refreshed itself and displayed the proper layout.

Could you test it for a short time using the Standard Aero?

Hmm. There seems to be a missing font, so it replaces it with a bigger font type. :|

I'll check if I can force it to use a specified font instead of the default one.

This is pretty much the same that Marv found. This is a buggy screen refreshing thing, that is annoying, but not affects the program fortunatelly.
