My new WIP for SWR. Not much details yet but I plan to include rpg elements.
Including:
Buying System from NPC vendors
Dialog and Quest System.
Map system.
Inventory system.
Here is my first screen.

Yes it is kind of a zombie game but will have humans to fight too.

Seems like a great game. I'm looking forward to updates and the finished game. The setting looks right.

Looking good mate! :D

By the way, why isn't the hand in the first screen smooth-shaded?

Just wanted to give some info on the game.
The game is made up of prefabs made by me which allow me to make diverse varied environments.
For instance the buildings are not a single model but are made up of low poly building kits.
Buildings will be enter-able without loading (except for some exceptions with extremely large interiors.)and will have transparent windows.
Also buildings will have multiple entrance points for coming up with different solutions to problems.
I am trying to implement some sort of physics system.
Weapons will not have crosshairs, instead the will be aimed with a laser sight and iron sights.
I am toying around with ways of the player being able to determine what kind of character they are.
I might of forgot something and I will post here If I remember something else.

Wow, this looks amazing. I love the building models! The first screen kind of reminds me of a alleyway in L4D.
Awaiting anxiously :)
