I believe the uploader [joe] is silent walks own JG (joseph girty i think?) i recognize the picture from his website when I was downloading his models. (worth a look btw, there's a link floating about somewhere..)

I don't think the video is actually made by him, I think it's actually the PaceMaker creator thats done it. I've got the same video, actually I think there's also a few more on my hard drive in the original forum, found the link to download on a french forum somewhere in cyberspace :L

Anyway, a very useful video.

Yea as far as ease of use pacemaker takes the cake but fragmotion has many more features, like merging and inport/export functions that pm dosent have and alot more.
But i prefer Pm for its simplicity, kinda like SW2 :D

i think there is a bit of a difference between the 3d studio max's "3ds"format and the other more generic 3ds formats that most other programs load/save. just like there are different forms of direct x....... i could be wrong though.

fragmotion is a very good program also.... i use fragmotion, truespace3d, pacemaker and milkshape3d....... just depends on what i am working on and what works best....

the reason i promote pacemaker is because it is a good program and because it's FREE. and alot of people come here looking for free programs.

Also if there are free alternatives, people are less likely to download warze.
